Rachel Anne Parsons is a queer Appalachian poet and farmer currently living on a family homestead in Olive Hill, Kentucky where she raises goats and rabbits and helps manage the larger family farm known to friends as The 144. She writes poetry and fiction, though at present, she is mostly focused on her poetry. She has been published by Now and Then: The Appalachian Magazine, Pine Mountain Sand and Gravel, The Finger Literary Journal, Night Picnic Press, and Post Mortem Press.
